This three bedroomed detached modern Villa with private pool is situated east of Kyrenia in the mountain village of Arapkoy. It is arranged on one level - the living area is an open plan design with a comfortable lounge section, a dining area with a table and chairs seating six people and a fireplace for those cooler evenings. The kitchen area has all modern conveniences and is well equipped.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of storage, an en-suite wet room shower with toilet and a Juliet balcony. The second bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage space. The third bedroom has twin beds and, again, plenty of storage. All three bedrooms have air conditioning as well as portable fans, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobes, mirrors and hair dryers.
As well as the en-suite toilet and wet room shower there is an additional toilet and shower room.
In the lounge area DVDs are provided and can be watched on the TV/DVD player. Also you can listen to your own music via the IPOD docking station provided.
Outside is a lovely paved pool area. The overflow design pool measures 8mx4m, has a Roman End and benefits from an outside pool shower room. There are also sun loungers, parasols, patio table and chairs, a barbeque and washing line.
An information pack about the local area is supplied by the thoughtful owners and a welcome pack is also left for your arrival.
The local shop and restaurant is a five minute walk away and a fifteen minute drive will take you to the supermarket and one of the beaches.
