Off the lounge and kitchen area is a “breakfast” terrace overlooking the 8m x 4m overflow pool, shaded from the sun it is an excellent place to start the day, or relax in the evening with a cooling drink.

On the first floor is a large “entertainment” terrace which provides superb views of the sea to the front of the property and mountains to the rear.

The villa is located in a quiet, slightly elevated, position on the outskirts of the village of Incesu; a little off the beaten track but within a few minutes drive of restaurants, supermarkets, and beaches.

For those wishing to exercise, there are many interesting hill, and country walks, to be explored in the vicinity.
Alternatively if relaxing on a beach is preferred perhaps the nicest sandy beach in Northern Cyprus can be found at the Denizkizi Hotel which is about 5 minutes drive away. Another 2 minutes drive would take you to Escape Beach which is also very popular.

Local restaurants provide a variety of traditional Cypriot and international menus.
