This modern well presented Villa is set in its own gardens in a quiet secluded area overlooking the sea. It is only 12 miles west of the beautiful harbour town of Kyrenia and only 400 yards away from a small secluded beach.

The spacious lounge area has marble floors, is comfortably furnished and provides direct access to a large patio area which overlooks the private pool and allows magnificent views of the sea. This area is also ideal for dining outside and is equipped with suitable patio furniture and a barbeque.

The kitchen is fully fitted, has ample work surfaces, all modern appliances and a breakfast bar.

This property has four bedrooms - the air conditioned master bedroom is on the ground floor, has a double bed and doors opening onto the pool area. There is also a large ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 2 is also on the ground floor. It has twin beds and air conditioning.

There is also a single bedroom on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is another, air conditioned, twin bedroom.

All the bedrooms are furnished in natural pine and have floor to ceiling wardrobes. Please note - larger parties can be accomodated - additional sleeping facilities can be provided within the gallery area on the first floor, adjacent to the double bedroom.

There is a full bathroom on the ground floor adjacent to the bedrooms.

Outside there is a large garden area with fruit trees.
