Charming, relaxing and cosy, the house is semi detached with patio garden to the back, the side and front situated on a new complex with beautiful communal swimming pool and café.

The property has three bedrooms, 2 double and 1 single, large open plan living area, dinning area and large fitted kitchen.

On the first floor there is a family bathroom with a corner bath (shower over) wash hand-basin and toilet.

On the ground floor there is also a shower room with a seperate shower cubicle, wash hand-basin and toilet.

Furnished to high standards, I receive many compliments on the furnishings of my house, it is bright and cheerful and above all totally relaxing.

Famagusta today is a fascinating mix of ruined churches, Venetian houses and restores buildings, in the centre is former St Nicolas Cathedral, its Gothic spires and vaulted ceiling now houses a mosque.

Bogaz is about 5 minutes drive away and here you can sample real Northern Cypriot village life, where fishing boats bring their daily catch to the quayside so fresh fish is the speciality of the clutch of unpretentious restaurants.

Visit Salamis – Ancient Roman city the site covers an area of one square mile extending along the sea shore, you can spend the whole day there enjoying the forested area with mimosa, pine and eucalyptus.

Places you really must visit, and are not really that far away, drive to the Kar Parz, take in the breathtaking views, see the wild donkeys and goats, then look at the most perfect beaches and still unspoilt. If visiting at the right time experience seeing the baby turtles. On the way there or back visit the olive oil factory, it’s full of history, and you can even purchase some wonderful pure olive oil soap.
Treat yourself to a spa day at Salamis Hotel, all very reasonably le price and is only about 10 minutes from the house.

Bogaz / Iskele area
Is famous for its miles of sandy beaches, some are owned by hotels and have fees for the hire of loungers and sunshades.
Long Beach is quiet and peaceful; as it names states you can walk for miles on the beautiful golden sand. Silver Beach has more restaurants and water sports. But if you want a beach with more life about 10 minutes drive towards Famagusta you will find Gapsde, its lively and fun, also has a outdoor disco there in high season.
There are many more beaches too many to mention, just venture out there
