This large, modern, 3 bedroomed villa is situated in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the traditional Turkish village of Alsancak and provides everything you could need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It is within 5 minutes drive of Escape Beach with its extensive facilities.
This super villa is very well presented and well equipped. The lounge area is very comfortable and provides a television, DVD and CD player. There is a good selection of DVDs for both adults and children. There is also a double sofa bed suitable for one adult or 2 children.
The spacious kitchen is fully fitted with Bosch appliances and has an island unit and table and chairs.
There are three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom (with shower over), plenty of fitted wardrobe space, bedside tables, lamps, air conditioning, hair dryer and doors to the terrace.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, ensuite shower room, plenty of fitted wardrobe space, bedside tables, lamps, air conditioning and doors to the terrace.
Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor adjacent to the family shower room.
It has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, air conditioning and also a portable fan.
Outside is the private pool set in landscaped gardens. The alfresco dining area has a granite topped table seating eight people and the first floor terrace has seating for four people and beautiful mountain views.
The villa is 5 minutes by car from Escape Beach. A new supermarket and numerous restaurants are a few minutes drive away.
Bellavista is the ideal base for exploring the local area. The ancient harbour town of Kyrenia is 6k along the coast and the villa is within easy driving distance of other sights such as Bellapais Abbey and Karaman village.
There is off-road parking for two cars.
