Villa Pais is a modern villa which hase been tastefully furnished. There is a very light and airy lounge/dining area with marble floor.
There are stunning views to The Five Finger Mountains, The Sea and Bellapais Abbey
The kitchen is fully fitted with all the comforts of home including washing machine and microwave.
Bedroom 1 on the first floor has a four poster double bed, plenty of storage and a door which leads out onto a very large balcony area.
Bedroom 2 is also on the first floor with a four poster double bed, plenty of storage space and also leads out onto the large terrace.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds and plenty of storage.
Bedroom 4 is a single bedroom with fitted wardrobes.
There are 3 shower rooms/wc's - please note this villa does not have a bath.
There is a very pretty communal pool area with plenty of sun-loungers and umbrellas. The pool is enclosed by a stone wall which makes it a particularly safe area for children.
The two terraced areas are ideal for al fresco eating.
There are local shops a few minutes walk away and the beach is about 5 mins by car.
Smoking is allowed inside this villa.
Suitability for Children : Children are very welcome at this villa. Cots can be provided if necessary.
