Villa Elmas is a modern villa and is situated between the sea and mountains in Alsancak, fifteen minutes drive from Kyrenia and five minutes from sandy beaches, with many excellent restaurants nearby.

On the ground floor there is an open-plan lounge/diner with comfortable seating for six people, wrought iron dining table and chairs and dual aspect patio doors which lead on to an arched veranda. There is a Digiturk satellite TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted and very spacious with all the usual appliances and there is also a large utility room with a second sink, washing machine, ironing board and clothes airer.

There is also a downstairs cloakroom and the ground floor is marbled throughout.

Wide marble stairs with wrought iron railings lead to the upper floor where there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, ensuite shower room, dual aspect windows - one with a balcony and views of the mountains and the sea. The second bedroom is dual aspect with double bed and balcony. Bedroom three has twin beds and all the bedrooms have large fitted wardrobles and ceiling fans.

There is also a large family bathroom.

The villa stands in its own garden with a 10 x 4m pool with a Roman End, steps and night lights. There is also a patio table, chairs and sunbeds.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Clients will need to bring their own beach towels.
