This is a delightfully spacious 3/4 bedroom house with private pool set in well stocked, established gardens.
Jacaranda House is situated in the village of Catalkoy, four miles east of Girne and a 35 minute drive from Ercan Airport.
The property is surrounded by its own, mature grounds and is fully equipped with many extras, including air conditioning to all bedrooms, TV, video, mobile phone and digital safe box.
The gardens have many trees, shrubs and flowers which provide shady areas and the property even boasts an undercover outside kitchen near to the pool, complete with barbecue.
The pool itself is surrounded by a large patio with shaded area complete with table and chairs for outside dining. Also near the house is another shaded dining/patio area.
The first floor terrace, which overlooks the pool, has beautiful mountain views to the left and sea glimpses to the right, and is equipped with comfortable cane furniture.
This is a lovely mature base for a super holiday stay.
