The property is situated in the upper part of Lapta ( Lapta Baspinar) at the top of a slope. Beneath lies a valley which opens wide, providing a fantastic, totally unobstructed outlook to the sea.

The view from the long east-facing balcony is absolutely fantastic. A smaller balcony faces north and shows the old greek church of Lapta in the distance (now a mosque), and further on again is the sea.

The bedroom has five windows - three facing to the east - the other two with fantastic views to the mountains.
The total height – from sea level is approximately 250 m.

The main entrance incorporates a patio. From there, passing through a small anteroom, you reach the very spacious living room - approximately 54 sq m. Then on to the bedroom -approximately 16 sqm. An adjacent corridor has fitted cupboards and leads to the bathroom -approximately 5 sqm.

Also from the living room is a connection to a small kitchenette.

Public transport is nearby and it is very easy and convenient to rent a car. There are many rental agencies on the island.

Within walking distance there are three small local shops. On the main road to Kyreniya (Girne) you will find bigger shops - Serkos or Le Mar – both provide a wide range of European products.

There are local restaurants in the village itself and there are many with international cuisine on the main road to Kyreniya
