Booking Terms and Conditions of Rental

All Villas and Apartments (“Properties”) offered for holiday rental to potential renters (“Clients”) are privately owned and northcyprusvillarentals.com (“NCVR”) acts as a booking agent for the owners of the Properties (“Owners”).
NCVR is a trading name of Later Limited , registered in England no. 5530609.
How To Book
Decide which property you would like to book, check the availability, complete and submit the Booking Enquiry Form.
- NCVR will check your request and the availability and respond by email with an invoice and a request for a deposit.
- NCVR will hold the availability for you for 7 days to enable you to book flights.
- Pay deposit by credit/debit card following the instructions on the invoice, or post a cheque.
- NCVR will acknowledge receipt of your payment by email
- NCVR will remind you by email of the balance due 10 weeks before your rental
- NCVR will acknowledge your payment and supply details of your arrival instructions by email – finding the property/collecting the key etc
Payment Terms
The booking is confirmed when NCVR receive the deposit. Receipt of the deposit is taken as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
Deposit Payable on booking 25% of total
Balance Payable 8 weeks before start of booked period.
Security Deposit £150 per booking Payable with balance
Refundable – see below
Reminders, invoices and receipts will be sent by email if applicable.
How to Pay
Credit/Debit Card Using secure Paypal - follow simple emailed instructions from NCVR.
A handling charge of 3% will apply

Cheque payable to NCVR sent to
North Cyprus Villa Rentals at address advised.
Security Deposit
A Security Deposit of £150 per booking is held by NCVR against the possibility of damage or loss to the Property or contents. This does not limit the Client's liability to the Owner. NCVR will account to the Client for the Security Deposit and refund the balance due within 14 days of the end of the rental period. The security deposit is refunded in full in the event of any cancellations.
Cancellation Charges
If the Client cancels the booking the following charges will apply:
up to 8 weeks before start of booked period – Loss of deposit
less than 8 weeks before start of booked period – Total Cost
If the Balance Due has not been paid by 8 weeks before the start of the booked period NCVR reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled and attempt to re-let.
In the unlikely event of cancellation by NCVR or Villa Owner a full refund will be paid immediately to the Client. No other liability will be borne by NCVR or the Owner in respect of cancellation. The security deposit is refunded in full in the event of any cancellation.
Insurance
Clients booking with NCVR must ensure that their parties are adequately insured for cancellation, ill health, personal belongings, public liability etc. NCVR DO NOT provide this insurance. NCVR, the Owners and their Agents cannot be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage to property or person, however caused.
Public Services and Liability
NCVR, the Owners and their Agents cannot accept any liability to the Client for the breakdown of public services including water and electricity nor in respect of any equipment, plant machinery or appliances in the property.
Property and Swimming Pool Equipment
The Client must report any defects in the property, or breakdown in the equipment, plant, machinery or appliances in the property to the Owner's Local Agent so that arrangements for repair or replacement can be organised.
Number of Guests
The number of guests staying in the property is not to exceed the number specified by the Client on the Booking Enquiry Form and confirmed by NCVR on the Invoice. Under no circumstances will any additional guests be allowed to stay without prior agreement and payment.
Time of Arrival and Departure
The Property will be ready at 4.00pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11.00am on the departure day.
Management Access to Property
The Owners and their Agents reserve the right to visit the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance work, pool cleaning, gardening, routine inspections and emergency repairs.
Accuracy of Information
NCVR believes the information supplied is accurate and that the information supplied to it by the Owners is also full and accurate. NCVR cannot be held responsible for changes made to the properties and surrounding areas without their knowledge. NCVR will endeavour to keep the Availability and Pricing up to date but, as changes can happen quickly, these will only be confirmed in response to a booking enquiry.
Acceptance
Receipt of a deposit by NCVR will be taken as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
